Facebook has announced that the company has decided to add a “subscribe” plugin for all websites. They believe this will attract many to Facebook which will cause the number to go up in Facebook subscriptions. This new addition to Facebook will allow a website’s visitors a one-click way to being following anyone who wants to post public via their Facebook user profile, along with celebrity, or reporters. This button is available as an optional addition to your Facebook profile which allows one-way friendship just like twitter. This allows someone to follow anyone without the person having to “friend” them in return. This option is beneficial for both because it allows the subscriber to receive news right through their Facebook page and allows the person to reach their audience on Facebook. Now the one-way follow option is going to make the one-way easier to access through the new subscribe plugin button. This will allow users one-click access to a person’s public new feed updates. With this new addition to Facebook it is going to increase the number of users and attack Twitters number of users.
